Thank you for shopping at Sketch & Press! Below is an overview of our shipping process and policies:

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Please note that orders placed after 12 PM PST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.

We are not responsible for USPS or UPS shipping delays. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected. Delivery typically takes between 3-7 business days within the U.S., depending on the carrier and your location.

International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please stay tuned for updates as we work to expand our shipping options.

Order Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your package using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

 

Packages that are 'RETURNED TO SENDER' due to incorrect shipping information provided by customer, will be refunded minus shipping costs and/or subject to a restocking fee.
Customer is responsible for entering the correct address at checkout and any additional costs that arise out of incorrect address entry.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 36 hours, please email sketchandpress@gmail.com to confirm order information.

*WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES ONCE TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED*
 

*TRACKING SHOWS 'DELIVERED' BUT MY PACKAGE IS NOT THERE. WHAT DO I DO??

1. Please contact your neighbors who may have accidentally received your package
2. Contact your local USPS post office with tracking (not the general USPS number, but the number to your local Post Office who delivered the package) There are times a package was scanned incorrectly and will arrive the next business day. Please speak to them directly! 
3. If your package is confirmed as lost or stolen, please initiate a Lost/Stolen package claim with USPS. 

***WE WILL NOT REPLACE PACKAGES WITH USPS TRACKING CONFIRMING DELIVERY***
