We are happy to let you know you have been accepted as a vendor for the 2024 California Street Halloween Market!
We are so excited for you to be a part of this event alongside us!!
Event Date: October 26, 2024
Time: 12 pm-4 pm
You can pay your vendor fee to secure your spot through the invoice attached or CashApp: $sketchandpress
Invoices are due 3 days from when you recieve this email.
If invoice is not paid by then, your booth will be given to the next available vendor in line.
Also attached is the event flyer for you to use and post! The more we share, the more people will see our event and join us in celebrating!
If you want to use a tent please make sure it fits in your designated space. We will not be providing any tables or chairs. You will be able to set up as early as 10 a.m. on October 29, 2024, and the event will go on until 4 p.m. on October 29, 2024. We will provide space for a booth, Wi-Fi info, and other items necessary.
If you are needing electricity please let us know and we will try to accommodate you as best as we can, but we cannot guarantee availability.
This event is happening at the end of October so we will anticipate potential rain. We will be hosting this event rain or shine so please keep that in mind!
Terms & Conditions: By paying your invoice you are agreeing to these terms & conditions.
Return: By paying the invoice you agree to remove all personal property, trash, and other items that were not present in the venue when you took control of it by 4:30 pm. All trash must be contained in trash bags and placed in the dumpster outside behind Theory Collaborative. All boxes must be broken down and placed in recycling.
Damages: By paying the invoice you will be liable for any physical damages, and legal action that Sketch & Press, Theory Collaborative or Napa may incur as a consequence of your actions or your guests while you are in control of the venue, and shall indemnify and hold harmless Sketch & Press, Theory Collaborative, and Napa against any and all legal actions which may arise from your use of the venue.
Cancellation: If the California Street Halloween Market is canceled due to rain or inclement weather, your vendor booth fee will be refunded or held for future markets, the Client may choose. There will be no booth refund for any other cancellations.
Attendance: The vendor must be in attendance the entire market; he/she cannot break down early or arrive late.
Seller's Permit: All vendors are required to have a California Temporary Seller's permit from the Board of Equalization unless you are selling only cold food items in which case you are not required to have this permit.
